At ELVOR Perfume, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to deliver premium-quality fragrances and a seamless shopping experience. If you face any issue with your order, please read our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

We have a 3 to 4 day return policy, which means you must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used perfume bottles
Items without original packaging
Products purchased during sales or special offers
Change-of-mind requests

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Email us at Elvorperfume2025@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, issue details, and attach clear photos/videos.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will arrange pickup or request you to ship the item back to us.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are approved only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered
Damaged or defective product
Return approved after inspection

If a refund is approved, you will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we can arrange one for eligible cases where the product delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If any damaged/defective/replacement product is inspected and accepted, it will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days.
