At ELVOR Perfume, we aim to deliver your favourite fragrances safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.
2. Shipping Duration
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before final payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
5. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. ELVOR Perfume is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Courier partner issues
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or gets lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/video. We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship only within India.
